All about us
All About Us
What Sets Us Apart
Founded in 2021 by a group of passionate Year 12 students at ISB as part of their CAS project, ISB TV has quickly evolved into the leading student-run magazine at the International School of Bucharest.
What began as a creative outlet has grown into a dynamic platform for student voices for students all across Romania covering everything from literary work and opinion pieces to interviews, multimedia content.
Today, ISB TV continues to empower young writers by offering them the support and the right platform to build the future of Romania journalism. But ISB TV is more than just a media outlet. We are also an independent student-led organization committed to making a difference in Romanian education system. Each year, we run impactful charitable programs such as “Un ghiozdan pentru un an nou”, which provides Romanian children from disadvantaged backgrounds with school supplies for a strong academic start. We also host national-level charitable writing competitions, empowering students across the country to use their voices for good and support those who were not that fortunate as us.
While we may not be able to change the face of education overnight, we try taking small but meaningful steps for inspiring fortunate young people like us to help close the educational gap that continues to challenge our system.
